Paije, as always, was a great travel companion. She just spent the whole day cuddling up with her dad. Check out that crazy hair! I wish I was better at coming up with ways to style it cute.
While we were in Waterloo we also visited the "Lions Mound." This man made hill commemorates where someone significant fell during the battle of Waterloo. Ben helped refresh my memory of the battle. Evidently it was Napoleons last stand. According to Ben if he had won we all might be speaking French now.
We had to climb 222 steps to get to the top.
Just a pretty field. We also passed St. Nickolas on our way home.

So you had so much fun fixing up an apartment, you'd like to do a whole house?? Come home and practice on ours first :) Paije is starting to look lots more like you. I wouldn't worry about the hair...it's likely to rub off in the back and go blond and invisible everywhere else :) She's so cute...the messy hair just adds to her charm. xoxo
A good traveler, indeed! Enjoy it while it lasts, they change sooo much in that first year! And about the hair, I think she rocks the messy look pretty well. And what a bunch of hoo ha about her hair falling out - I told you it would stick around! :)
222! Always wondered how many it was. I think I usually quit counting at 4
are the currant bushes still there?
you found our home! I'd love to hear how you did it!
p.s. It wasn't abandoned 10 years ago, when I went as a missionary!
